Quad B Specialties, LLC is owned and operated by Nate & Phyllis Bell of Mena, AR.  They have two daughters and named the company Quad B because there were 4 Bells.

 Nate first began carpentry work in 1987 as a carpenters helper remodeling burned out apartment buildings. That same year he began working for a metal framing contractor and spent the next 12 years working in various positions ranging from field foreman to estimator for several large contractors. He has been a participant in and responsible for portions of projects up to 2 million square feet with budgets over 100 million. These include the Circle Centre Mall Project in downtown Indianapolis, White River State Park IMAX Theatre, St. Francis Hospital Stop 11 Campus, Casino Belterra, and many other government and institutional projects.
In 1999 he decided to slow down from the rat race and move back to his family farm near Mena. For the next two years he commuted to the Midwest to work short term projects for one of the firms he had been with previously. During this period he also worked as an inspector for a municipal engineering firm.
In 2001 they started to operate a sole proprietorship known as Quad B Services. They did small projects and provided management and supervision for other contractors on large projects. By mid 2005 it became apparent that  the potential of the small project firm was maximized and that they  needed to grow.   In November, 2006 they committed to growth and began the process of forming Quad B Specialties, LLC which was licensed by the State of Arkansas on January 12, 2006.  They completed more than 400K in 2006 and plan for continued growth in 2009. 

Our commercial division continues to perform institutional projects while our residential division is dedicated solely to erecting Kodiak Steel Homes.  We provide steel only and complete dry-in  packages throughout the South and Midwest.
